Common Membership Questions
How do I upgrade or change my current membership level?
You can manage your membership through your account on our website. Anytime before your renewal date, sign in to your account and select the “Subscriptions” tab. You can then cancel your active membership, which will prevent your membership from auto-renewing. You will then select and purchase a new membership from our membership page, choosing the level that’s right for you!

How do I gift a membership?
Please include the recipient’s name, email, phone number, and mailing address in the “Order notes” field at checkout. Since we mail out a membership packet, please also specify if you’d like the packet mailed to you or directly to the recipient.
Can I use my membership discount to sign up friends and family for classes?
No, the discount only applies to the membership holder and classes they attend. If you’d like a friend or family member to receive the discount, please purchase an additional membership in their name, or check out our Reuser x2 Membership level to get benefits for 2 people at a discounted price.
If I want to join at the Reuser x2 level, does the second person have to be in the same household?
No! Any two people can join together at the Reuser x2 Membership level. You both get Reuser level benefits at a discounted price when you sign up together!
How do I add a second person to the Reuser x2 Membership?
Please include the 2nd person’s name, email, phone number, and mailing address in the “Order notes” field at checkout. You will each receive a membership packet with your welcome letter and passes.
When does my membership expire?
All of our memberships are annual and expire one year from the date you sign up. If you purchase the membership on our website, your membership will auto-renew annually until you cancel. You can manage your membership through your account on our website.
