In this demonstration-based class\, we’ll cover ways to hem clothing\, change the shape and fit of a garment\, remove and change elements such as collars\, sleeves\, or buttons for a new look\, and more. You’ll get step-by-step tutorials on each of these processes and we’ll have time for a class show-and-tell where we‘ll share what alteration projects we want to tackle and each get advice on the project. \nParticipants should have basic knowledge of how to use a sewing machine or have taken Perennial’s Sewing Machine Basics workshop. \n
