Skills you’ll learn:
sewing construction, adding a zipper
Turn fabric remnants into a thrifty pouch! The class will cover the basics of using the sewing machine to create a rectangular zippered pouch. You’ll learn how to use the sewing machine to add a zipper. This pouch makes a great handmade gift or a simple carryall for toiletries. Plus, you’ll be able to apply the same techniques covered in class to future clutches, purses, and pillow cases!
Before participating in this workshop, students will need to take our Sewing Machine Basics class or have basic knowledge of how to use the sewing machine.
