Skills you’ll learn:
basic wire-wrapping, paper jewelry making
Learn best practices for making beautiful paper and copper wire earrings. With salvaged magazine pages, you’ll make your own glue solution to make colorful rigid paper bead swirls. After your beads are formed you’ll use snips and pliers to wrap copper around the beads to make your unique jewelry creations.
This is a virtual class that will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will be emailed a link to participate prior to class. You will be able to pick up a kit of materials on Wednesday, February 10, 1-5pm, or can email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange another time. If needed, you may also rent tools from us, including a set of round nose and needle nose pliers, wire cutter, and ruler, but you must add the refundable tool deposit to your cart to rent these tools.
