Join Kristen Gula of Gulush Threads for this special embroidery workshop at Perennial! In this class, participants will use reclaimed fabric to create to a sampler of basic embroidery stitches, including a running stitch, back stitch, chain stitch, stem stitch, split stitch, blanket stitch, satin stitch and French knots. Leave with a sweet stitch sampler and skills to make your own embroidered creations on your own! All skill levels and experience are welcome.
This is a virtual class that will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will be emailed information about how to participate two days before the class. You will need to pickup a kit of materials from Perennial containing a hoop, fabric, needle, and embroidery floss. Pickup is on Thursday through Friday, April 8-9 from 11am-5pm. You must have your own scissors at home.
