Join the creative folks at Perennial for our monthly crafting happy hour called Craft Club! Since we can’t all be together safely at the moment, we’re now offering you craft kits that you can pickup from Perennial, which include a local beer from Perennial Artisan Ales + materials for both featured crafts, including a knit headband and reusable hand warmers
During the scheduled event, you’ll craft along as Perennial staff shows you how to make:
Twisted Knot Headband- Learn how to transform an unwanted t-shirt into a stylish wrap with a knot in the middle! We’ll provide a few pre-sewn loops, but you’ll measure for your head, twist it, and stitch it closed to make a headband customized to fit you!
Reusable Hand Warmers- Upcycle scraps of wool sweaters into a set of reusable hand warmers, perfect for your outdoor winter hangs! You’ll cut your shape, stuff with rice, and stitch it closed to finish your warmers, then zap them in the microwave to retain heat for hours!
Perennial members that want to use their Craft Club passes should choose the free option at checkout, and everyone else should choose the paid option. Participants will be emailed a Zoom link from firstname.lastname@example.org two days before the workshop. You will be able to pickup your kit of supplies on Thursday, January 21 or Friday, January 22, from 11a-5pm.
